A 45 m² apartment in Caesarea that can be rented for short term stays. In designing the apartment I considered the needs of potential renters, who come to the area for vacation. With that in mind, I created a warm and modern design using a combination of natural materials, such as wood, stone and iron, alongside functional and durable materials that simulate a natural finish.

The public space of the suite includes a kitchenette, a small round dining table and a living room, next to it is a sweet balcony, overlooking the tree tops and the Mediterranean Sea. For the kitchen I chose cabinets with a clean design and a finish simulating concrete and combined it with a worktop in a rusted steel texture. Two small and elegant shelves allow the display of dishes and plants. A wide and comfortable sofa was chosen for the living room, above it are two wooden artistic pieces, which were imported from Indonesia and add a unique character to the space. The sofa faces a media wall that is highlighted through an iron shelf and stone tiling, which creates an interesting and asymmetrical look.

In all my projects I make sure to create a luxurious master suite with a bedroom and a bathroom. That was especially important in this project, which is meant to allow its temporary residents to indulge themselves during their stay. In the bedroom I enhanced the wall behind the bed using a special coloring technique that I developed, mimicking the texture of concrete. Hidden LED lights frame it and create romantic ambience. A mirror covering the large closet doubles the beautiful views from the outside. The bathroom is covered entirely with large modern tiles and includes a spacious shower.

Every corner in every home I design receives a unique and carefully thought out care. For example, in designing the area of the sink in this bathroom, I used rough materials and an elegant style to create the atmosphere I was looking for. The sink was placed on top of a surface with a rust-like finish and the wall behind it was covered with brick-like tiling in a fishbone pattern. I chose a round and minimalistic mirror without a frame and behind it placed hidden lighting, in addition to two modern ceiling lights, which emphasizes the interesting texture of the tiling.

דירת 45 מ״ר במתחם ״נאות גולף״ שבקיסריה אשר ניתנת להשכרה לתקופות קצרות. בעיצוב הדירה לקחתי בחשבון את הצרכים של דיירים המגיעים לנפוש באזור ויצרתי עיצוב מודרני וחם בעזרת שילוב חומרים טבעיים כמו עץ, אבן וברזל, לצד שימוש בחומרים עמידים ופונקציונאליים המדמים גימור טבעי. בחלל הציבורי של הסוויטה נמצאים מטבחון, פינת אוכל קטנה וסלון, לצידו מרפסת נעימה המשקיפה לכיוון הים ולצמרות העצים. עבור המטבח בחרתי בחזיתות נקיות ללא ידיות בגימור דמוי בטון ובמשטח עבודה בגוון המדמה חלודה. שני מדפים קטנים ואלגנטיים מאפשרים תצוגה של כלים ועציצים. בסלון ספה נוחה ורחבה שמעליה תלויות יצירות אמנות העשויות מעץ מלא, הן יובאו באופן מיוחד מאינדונזיה ומקנות לחלל אופי ייחודי. מול הספה תוכנן קיר מדיה המודגש באמצעות מדף ברזל וחיפוי אבן היוצר מראה א-סימטרי ומעניין.

בכל פרויקט חשוב לי ליצור יחידת שינה ורחצה מפנקת עבור הדיירים, על אחת כמה וכמה כאשר מדובר בסוויטה לאירוח. בחדר השינה הדגשתי את הקיר שמאחורי המיטה באמצעות טכניקת צביעה שיצרתי המדמה טקסטורה של בטון, סביבו יצרתי מסגרת עם תאורת לד נסתרת לאווירה רומנטית. ארון גדול מחופה מראה מכפיל את הנוף שנשקף דרך החלון. חדר הרחצה מחופה מקצה לקצה באריחים גדולים ומודרניים ובקצהו מקלחון גדול ומרווח.

בבתים שאני מעצבת כל פינה זוכה לטיפול מוקפד ומדויק. בעיצוב אזור הכיור למשל, שמתי דגש על יצירת אווירה ושילוב של חומרים מחוספסים עם סגנון אלגנטי. הכיור הוצב על גבי משטח בגימור דמוי חלודה והקיר שמאחוריו חופה באריחים דמויי בריקים שיושמו בדוגמת אדרת הדג (Fish Bone). מעל הכיור נתלתה מראה עגולה ומינימליסטית ללא מסגרת ומאחוריה תאורת אווירה נסתרת, המדגישה את הטקסטורה המעניינת של חיפוי הקיר, זאת בנוסף לשני גופי תאורה מודרניים שנתלו על גבי התקרה.
